Jaipur Literature Festival 2014
[17-21 January 2014]

The Embassy of India, Belgrade is pleased to inform that the Jaipur Literature Festival, one of India’s premier Literary Festivals, is scheduled to be held in Jaipur, India from 17th to 21st January 2014. The Festival, which is Asia’s biggest Literary Festival, will feature more than 100 writers/litterateurs from different parts of the world. Participants in the 2014 Festival include Mr. Jim Al Khalili (UK), Mr. Shashi Tharoor, Mr. Naseeruddin Shah (India) and Mr. Rohan Gunasekara (Sri Lanka) among others.

The Jaipur Literature Festival which started in 2006 is held annually in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and celebrates excellence in Indian and International writing. The Festival attracts a large number of tourists, writers/litterateurs, publishers and critics.

All those interested are invited to attend the Festival. Admission to the Festival is free but participants would require to obtain the requisite visa from this Mission.
